Isa DiFiore is a recent alumnus of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, where she received the Bachelor of Music degree in Oboe Performance under the tutelage of Robert Walters. She attended the Sarasota Music Festival in 2023, has participated in the Eastern Music Festival, and other music festivals. Her former teachers include Dane Philipsen and John Upton. Isa has had the opportunity to work with a variety of professionals in masterclasses inclduing Eugene Izotov, Mingjia Lui, Cassie Pilgrim, Toyin-Spellman Diaz, and Nancy Ambrose King. Outside of musical studies, Isa is an avid reader and writer and is interested in the study of psychology. She enjoys reading many genres from classic literature to fantasy novels, and often writes poetry and short stories.
