Biography

As the patron services manager, Carri is responsible for ensuring that Sarasota Orchestra patrons have a delightful, memorable, and consistent live music experience, regardless of venue, event, or concert series. She manages a team of house managers and a volunteer usher crew to help provide a first-class patron experience for every guest who makes Sarasota Orchestra one of their arts and culture destinations.

Get to know Carri Radford


Hometown: Carri grew up in Virginia Beach, VA, and spent 25 years in Charlotte, NC, before calling Sarasota home.

Education and Experience: Carrie holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Florida State University.

People are surprised to learn... Carri is an avid volunteer, devoting about 20 hours per week to various organizations. She's also a lover of all things football: "Go Noles! Go Birds!"

Favorite piece of music: César Franck's Quintette en Fa mineur (Piano Quintet). Carri says, "It transports me to the cobblestone streets of Paris in the late 19th century, where I fall madly in love with a stranger in a French cafe."
