Cincinnati-born violinist Olga Kaminsky is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance at the New England Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Nicholas Kitchen. Olga has performed at venues such as Boston Symphony Hall, New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall, Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall, Tel Aviv Conservatory of Music, and Florence Conservatory. Olga has attended several prestigious summer programs such as the Bowdoin International Music Festival, Academia Internazionale Musique de Solsona, & has collaborated with musicians such as Donald Weilerstein, James Buswell, Ani Kavafian, Catherine Cho, the Borromeo Quartet, the Aviv Quartet and more. Olga was previously a student of Kelly Barr, and Tamara Smirnova. With a passion for education, Olga is a Teaching Fellow through the Community Performances and Partnerships Program at the New England Conservatory, teaches at the Boston Music Project, and is a Teaching Artist at the New England Conservatory Preparatory School.
