Conductor Andrew Lane leads, Wicked Divas, a concert of diva showstoppers from Broadway, opera and popular music highlighted by selections from the Tony-award winning Broadway musical Wicked. The program also includes favorites from Gypsy, Ragtime, The Wizard of Oz, Titanic and opera selections from George Bizet's Carmen. No celebration of Divas is complete without a tribute to the great Diana Ross.  Performing with the Orchestra will be Broadway vocalists Nicole Parker and Alli Mauzey, who played Elphaba and Glinda in Wicked. Join the Sarasota Orchestra for an evening of musical mischief, huge sounds and even bigger voices.
