Experience the professional musicians of the Sarasota Orchestra performing with the best youth orchestra students.

In the first half of the concert, the professional orchestra will perform with youth concerto winners. Student violinists Natasha Snyder (a past winner!) and nine-year-old Julia Mounts will both perform with the Sarasota Orchestra for what is certainly a "Thrill of a Lifetime."

During the second half of the concert, the Youth Philharmonic has its own "Thrill of a Lifetime". The Youth Philharmonic, the most advanced of the five ensembles, was prepared for this concert by its conductor Rob Lambert. Andrew Lane, a resident conductor of the Sarasota Orchestra, will conduct this concert, leading both the professional and youth. Maestro Lane was recently selected as a "Local Hero" for his commitment to music education.
