Sue oversees the Orchestra's payroll function and administers employee benefits, as well as FMLA, disability, worker's compensation and unemployment claims.  She updates and maintains the Employee Personnel Manual.  Sue has a Bachelor of Arts in Business, a minor in Personnel Management and is certified in PHR (Professional Human Resources).
