We begin our Masterworks season with the dawn of a new musical era, Anu Tali's first concert as the Orchestra’s music director. Experience a sense of daybreak in Eller’s gorgeous Dawn. Lukáš Vondráček will bring the house down with his bold interpretation of Rachmaninoff’s passionate Rhapsody. The concert concludes with Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7, a piece the composer called “capable of moving the world.” It is a commanding masterpiece.
The ovations insisted the audience could not get enough.
It comes as no surprise that this young musician is recognized as one of the greatest pianistic talents of our times.
